For Jineen (George) Glover, Christian Central Academy was more than just a school—it was a place filled with friendships, faith, and formative experiences that helped shape the journey she would take after graduation. Looking back, she fondly recalls the many memories made over the years, especially in her senior year. “My favorite moments were with friends through the years, and in our senior room during our senior year,” she shares. With her church also being affiliated with CCA, the building became a central part of her life, where school and youth group blended into a foundation of faith and connection.
After graduating in 1993, Jineen attended Liberty University, where she studied Psychology while also pursuing her passion for music. She joined a traveling singing team called LIGHT, an opportunity that took her around the world. “I got to travel the world and went to India twice, the Philippines, England and Scotland, Jordan, Brazil, and Hawaii. It was amazing!” she recalls. Her experiences broadened her perspective, allowing her to witness different cultures, meet incredible people, and grow in her faith.
Shortly after college, life took an exciting turn as she married her husband just a month after finishing school. “I got married a month out of college and then got pregnant six months later, so my career ended up being that I was a stay-at-home mom for a while,” she says. Jineen and her husband built a family together, raising three children—a daughter and two sons—who are now 25, 23, and 21. But one of the most unique and meaningful parts of her journey was serving as a surrogate for a close friend from college. “I carried her daughter, who is now 14, and her son, who is 12, for her,” she shares. Being part of something so life-changing for someone else was a powerful experience that she cherishes.
Reflecting on her education at CCA, Jineen believes it played a significant role in preparing her for life beyond high school. “CCA definitely helped prepare me for college like Liberty. It was very similarly structured with chapel during the week and all the spiritual teaching.” She also remembers the impact of Mrs. Ruth Adams, who served as the principal during her time at CCA. “She knew my dad, who was a pastor, and my family, and she saw me and had understanding and compassion for me. She always encouraged me and helped to see the best in me.”
Faith continues to be a cornerstone of Jineen’s life. “I have always had a strong faith that keeps me focused in life, seeking wisdom, and helping me make good decisions that feel best for me,” she shares. Her desire to serve others has remained central to who she is, and she strives to live out her faith through love and kindness in her interactions.
Today, Jineen and her family live in Nashville, TN, where she deeply appreciates the warmth and friendliness of the local community. As she steps into a new season of life with an empty nest, she is actively seeking ways to connect and engage in new ways. “My kids are grown now, so I am doing more on my own actually, and I am in the process of trying to find new ways to connect and create more community. It is a new adjustment when you are in an empty nest phase, so I am researching ways as we speak,” she says.
In this new season, Jineen has also embraced a bold and inspiring mission of encouraging women to embrace their age and beauty with confidence. “I shaved my head for my niece going through cancer, donated my hair, and let my gray hair grow out. Now, I am a pro-age beauty influencer on social media, helping encourage women to embrace their age and their unique beauty.” Her platform allows her to inspire others to step into their confidence and celebrate who they are, exactly as God created them.
For current students and recent graduates, Jineen offers simple but profound advice: “Be yourself, do your best, be kind, and respect yourself and others.” Her journey—from a student at CCA to a world traveler, mother, and advocate for beauty and confidence—reflects the power of faith, love, and embracing the opportunities that life presents.
Jineen’s story is a beautiful reminder that life is a series of seasons, each with its own purpose and opportunities. Through it all, she continues to live out the values instilled in her at CCA, using her faith and love for others to make a meaningful impact in the world.
