Our Campus

Christian Central Academy's campus is designed to support our students' academic, spiritual, and extracurricular growth. From the Main Building to specialized facilities, each area of our campus serves a unique purpose in fostering a well-rounded educational experience.

Main Building

In 1981, Christian Central Academy moved to the former public Academy Street School at 39 Academy Street in the village of Williamsville. The Main Building houses:

* Administrative Offices
* Classrooms
* Computer Labs
* Physical Education Changing Rooms
* Music Suites
* Auditorium
* Auxiliary Gym
* Cafeteria
* Library
* Maintenance Center

Lan Wong and Deborah Chung Center for Science and Arts

In 2006, CCA expanded its campus with the opening of the Lan Wong and Deborah Chung Center for Science and Arts at 5830 Main Street, located directly across School Street from the Main Building. This facility includes:

* Offices and Classrooms
* Laboratory Spaces
* The William G. Young Memorial Library (High School Library/Lounge)
* The George C. Weydman, III Suite for Art
* The STEM/STREAMM Lab (Opened in 2017)

Emmanuel Athletic Facility

In 2004, CCA launched a new chapter in its athletic history with the construction of the Emmanuel Athletic Facility, a $1.6 million project funded entirely by private donations. This facility includes:

* Gymnasium
* Athletic Offices
* Restrooms
* Wellness Center (Opened in 2007 with donations from parents)

Campus Grounds

CCA’s grounds feature:

* Two Parking Lots
* Soccer Field
* Multi-purpose Court
* The Kurt A. DeWitt Memorial Playground: Established in 1998 in memory of Kurt DeWitt, a beloved student and son of longtime CCA Kindergarten teacher, Marvel DeWitt. The playground was renovated in 2018 thanks to a generous donor.

Campus Safety

At Christian Central Academy, student, faculty, and staff safety is a top priority. Our safety procedures include:

Registered Nurse:

Available when classes are in session.

First Aid/CPR/AED Training:

All coaching staff are trained in first aid/CPR/AED according to State guidelines.

AEDs:

Four AEDs are located on campus.

Health Policies:

We follow professional guidelines for handling diseases and illnesses and adhere to privacy laws regarding medical information.

Emergency Protocols:

Fire and lockdown drills are conducted regularly.

Partnership with Amherst Police:

The Safety Education Officer works with CCA leadership to train employees and ensure officer participation in lockdown and shelter-in-place drills.

Athletic Safety:

The Athletic Department implements proactive injury prevention measures, and athletic facilities, particularly the gym, are supervised.

Building Security:

Safety measures are in place to secure and monitor all buildings.
