The Grace Race isn’t just your typical 5k—it’s WNY’s only family-friendly 5k/2k, offering a truly fun, inclusive atmosphere for participants of all ages! Set in the heart of Williamsville, NY, this exciting event brings together runners, walkers, and families to support Christian Central Academy while enjoying a day filled with fitness, fun, and community spirit.
Whether you’re racing, walking, or simply cheering on the runners, the Grace Race has something for everyone and guarantees an unforgettable day for the whole family!
About the race
Our USATF Certified 5k race and 2k family-friendly walk wind through the beautiful streets of Williamsville. Starting at the Village Pointe cul-de-sac, the course takes you on an exciting route through Essjay Road and International Drive, with scenic views and plenty of twists and turns. The highlight? “Conquer the Climb”—a challenging 0.4-mile uphill stretch on Youngs Road, that promises to test your endurance and give you that victorious finish line feeling!
Once you tackle the climb, runners will head towards Main Street, and make their way to the finish line on Academy Street. We’ll be cheering you on all the way to the final stretch!
After you cross the finish line, stick around for an exciting awards ceremony, food trucks, entertainment, and family-friendly festival activities like games, bounces houses and more! It’s a celebration of fitness, community, and the spirit of giving back.
