Jeffrey Pietrzyk

Meet Jeffrey Pietrzyk, a distinguished alumnus of Christian Central Academy, Class of 1997. Jeffrey’s journey since graduating from CCA has been nothing short of remarkable. After earning his B.A. in English from the University at Buffalo in 2002, he went on to receive his J.D. in 2005, and later an LLM from George Washington University Law School in 2013. Jeffrey is currently serving as an active duty Navy Judge Advocate and was recently promoted to O-6, Captain, in the U.S. Navy. He is the Executive Officer for Defense Service Office North in Washington, D.C. and will soon be transitioning to the Naval Justice School in Newport, Rhode Island, where he will take on the role of Director of the Military Justice Curriculum. His noteworthy career includes serving as the replacement prosecutor in the highly publicized United States vs. SOC Gallagher trial in 2019.

Jeffrey fondly recalls his high school days, particularly the joy of picking up his niece, Sarah, from Mrs. Basinski’s class and reading to her while waiting for the bus. Reflecting on his own educational experiences, he appreciates the positive influences of Miss Kristy, Mrs. Hand, Mrs. Backus, Mr. Hills, and Mrs. Wells. These teachers not only shaped his early years but also inspired his passion for public service and personal growth. Jeffrey credits his CCA education for providing him with a strong moral foundation and lifelong friendships. "The education I received at CCA not only kept me out of many difficult situations in my youth but also provided me with the moral compass to navigate challenges later in life." Jeffrey’s story is a testament to the enduring impact of the CCA community and the profound difference it has made in his life and career. His dedication to justice and service is truly inspiring.
