Christian Central Academy (CCA) welcomes qualified international students from all over the globe. Today and in the past we have accepted students from Ukraine, Spain, Lithuania, Russia, China, Switzerland, India, Vietnam, Germany, and Korea.
For students outside the United States, please follow the steps below.
Step 1 – Apply and Interview
- Admission Application:
- Complete and submit all Application Forms (all forms must be completed to be considered for admission and must be written/translated into English) ISP Application
- Email any other necessary documents to: IFarley@christianca.com
- Note: If transferring from another school within the United States, which has already issued an I-20, please also complete the School Transfer Form.
- Application Fee:
- Submit a non-refundable processing fee of $200 through wire transfer
- Please contact the school for bank-wire information (All fees are to be in US funds)
- Test Scores:
- Please request that your test scores be sent to CCA
- TOEFL, TOEFL Jr, iTEP scores – TOEFL recipient code #3494
- Send any other standardized tests that may have been taken, such as the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT) – CCA recipient code #2424
- Passport:
- Email a color copy of prospective student’s passport
- Verification of income:
- Email bank statement, investment report or other document that proves ability to fund the child’s education at Christian Central Academy and living expenses with a host family
- Interview:
- In most cases, the ISP Coordinator will schedule an interview with the applicant via Skype, FaceTime or WeChat
Step 2 – Acceptance Notice
- Notification
- After STEP 1 is completed, we will promptly notify the student and family about our decision of acceptance or denial by email
- For Those Accepted, Christian Central Academy will prepare and send:
- Preliminary Letter of Acceptance (PLOA) for Admission
- International Student Tuition and Fees Agreement
- Complete Application Form
Step 3 – Confirm Enrollment
Once a student is offered admission, to confirm acceptance and secure a place for the upcoming school year, the following steps must be completed:
- Parents will:
- Fill out and sign the Complete Application documents and return them to CCA, with the deposit, as specified in the Preliminary Letter of Acceptance
- Christian Central Academy will promptly prepare and send:
- Original Form I-20
- Final Letter of Acceptance (FLOA)
- Tuition and Fee Schedule
- Parents will:
- Apply for an F-1 Visa for the student at the nearest US embassy/consulate in the student’s home country
- When approved, email a copy of Visa to CCA: IFarley@christianca.com
- Pay the balance of the tuition and fees in full by July 15 of admitting of year
- Communicate to the ISP Coordinator scheduled flights to the U.S.
- Christian Central Academy will:
- Confirm to the student and family our receipt of all required forms and payments
- Identify and assign a Host Family for the student
- Communicate with parents about the Host Family, arrival, and orientation
