The student’s application file will be complete and entrance testing will be scheduled on a individual basis after we have received the following forms (and any fees requested). Parents will find the “Directions to Apply” helpful in moving through the application process.

For kindergarten and homeschooled students, please also include a copy of the student’s birth certificate.
